Wujiang has Shanghai to the east, Taihu Lake to the west, Hangzhou to the south and Suzhou to the north. Its municipal administration lies in Songling town. Owing to the convenient transportation system, Wujiang is closely connected with the well-known cities such as Shanghai, Suzhou and Hangzhou.
